All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to cart does not reserve it, and stock levels may change before checkout is completed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product details at any time.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items subject to availability, payment confirmation, and review. We may decline, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, duplicate transactions, or unavailable stock.

We take care to keep pricing accurate, but occasional errors may occur. If a pricing or product error affects your order, we reserve the right to correct the issue and, where appropriate, cancel or adjust the order after notifying you.

Payments are processed through Paystack. By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable Paystack payment flow and related processing requirements. HDC does not store full card details on its own systems.

An order is not considered fully paid until payment authorization and confirmation have been successfully completed through our payment flow and records.

Shipping timelines shown at checkout or in confirmation messages are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to courier issues, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, incomplete delivery details, or circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. HDC is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable contacts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect an order where required.

For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, import fees, taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country unless we clearly state otherwise.

If there is an issue with your purchase, contact us through our support channel as soon as possible. Returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds may be offered at our discretion and in line with the condition of the item, timing of the request, proof of purchase, and the nature of the issue reported.

Items that are worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned outside acceptable conditions may not qualify. If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued back through the original payment method where possible, subject to provider and banking timelines.

All content on the HDC website, including logos, graphics, photography, styling, copy, product presentation, layout, and original creative assets, belongs to HDC or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, exploit, or use any part of the site or its content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from HDC.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HDC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, your inability to access the site, delivery delays, or payment processing issues outside our direct control.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order or use of the store will generally not exceed the amount you paid to HDC for the relevant product or transaction giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the website or your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, created risk for HDC or other customers, or used the store in a way that is unlawful or harmful.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before the termination date, including payment obligations, dispute rights, and our rights to protect the business.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect updates to our operations, legal obligations, website features, or brand policies. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page.
